What's Included?




1. Website:

With all of our plans, you receive a professional new website designed and built by our team. Depending upon your needs, the website is either built in WordPress, the most popular Content Management System on the internet, or it is custom-built as a static website in HTML5. Generally, the development process will take between 2-3 weeks, from start to finish.

Included with your website, we provide you with ongoing website hosting and SSL certificates, saving you potentially hundreds in yearly expenses.

You'll receive a monthly website analytics report, tracking invaluable statistics such as how many viewers each of your web pages is getting, where those viewers are being referred from, your rankings and conversions on various Google search queries, and more.

If we built your website in WordPress, we'll also take care of the ongoing technical updates to your website infrastructure and plugins, as well as regular website backups, ensuring that your website is always in safe hands.


2. Social Media Graphics:

Depending upon your chosen plan, every month you'll be entitled to either 5, 10, or 15 hours which you can allocate to not only website updates, but your social media graphics, too!

So, whether you want to change an existing page on your website, add a new page entirely, or have your monthly social media graphics professionally designed, we take care of it all for you. This includes static graphics, motion graphics, video editing, and in-house audio production.

Our experienced designers are well-versed in adapting to each business's existing brand guidelines and visual identities. But, if you need help in getting that set up, don't stress. We're able to work with you on that, too.*

3. SEO:

Every page within each website we build is optimized for search engines. On our Pro and Premium plans, however, you have the additional option of allocating some or all of your monthly hours to our Advanced SEO service.

With this, we construct a tailor-made strategy based on our own market research to create pages on your website that are specifically designed to target precise search queries that you care about. We're your own personal team working to maximize the reach and influence of your website and your business!

This is a great way to make the most of any excess hours that you may not have used over the course of the month. After all, every business, whether they know it or not, is competing for search engine traffic. It's just a question of how effective (or ineffective) they are at it.

How can I learn more about you and your team?

I'm Julian, the owner and Lead Designer-Developer of Virtually Augmented Media. I oversee all web development and graphic design, with my team providing support.

What if I need more than website updates, SEO or graphics?

Our team offers a wide range of services! You can check them out here.
What if something happens to you? What will happen to my website?

Don't worry. We have fail-safes in place to ensure that things keep running and remain accessible in the event of an emergency.
How long does it take for requests to be completed?

The earlier you submit your request, the better. Whilst Premium plan members will get first priority, most requests will typically be fulfilled within 3-4 working days. We don't push something forward just because a clients insists that it is urgent—it's the client's responsibility to allow enough time.
What if I need something done urgently?

We'll always aim to fulfill requests within 3-4 working days, it's the client's responsibility to plan ahead and give our team sufficient time.
Do unused hours roll over?

Unused hours don't roll over to the next month.
What kind of social media graphics do you provide?

Our ongoing social media graphics include cover photos, profile pictures, highlight covers, static graphics, motion graphics and video editing. With our motion graphics and video editing, we're able to produce the audio in-house if preferable.
Do your Basic or Advanced SEO options provide off-site SEO?

No, all of our SEO work is on-site only.
What happens if my requests exceed the monthly hour limit?

We'll let you know when you've used your allocated time, and you can either continue on at our $50 per hour rate, or wait for the following month.
Do I pay before or after the website has been built?

Onboarding—and then the website development—begins after the first payment. Your monthly payments cover the upcoming month.
Can I switch between plans?

Yes, at any point you can upgrade or downgrade if your needs change, and the changes will be in place for the following month.
Do you provide refunds?

No, we don't offer refunds on our subscription plans.
How do you handle late payments?

Every invoice comes with a 7-day grace period. However, if your payment isn't made within 7 days, a $30 late fee is charged. If your invoice remains unpaid by the next billing cycle, your subscription will be suspended, and you'll need to settle the balance to reactivate.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept direct debit. We'll provide our bank details during onboarding.
How long does the process take from start to finish?

Designing and then developing the website generally takes 2-3 weeks, but this also depends upon prompt communication from you during that time. Delays in feedback may extend the timeline.
If I cancel the plan, do I get to keep the website?

No, you don't. Otherwise, many of our clients would cancel after one month, take their website at a fraction of the development cost and our business model would fall apart!
Does the time spent initially building the website detract from my monthly hours?

No, it doesn't. Your 5, 10, or 15 hours start after the website is live.
Do you offer E-Commerce websites?

No, we currently don't setup E-Commerce websites at this moment.
Do you provide the domain name?

No, you'll need to bring your own domain name. However, we're happy to help you set that up if needed.
If I cancel, what happens to my domain name?

You keep it. You'll always be in control of your domain name—we'll never keep that from you.
Do you provide the copy?

We can provide basic website copy if you would prefer, or you can supply your own. But for anything niche or outside our knowledge, we'll require you to fill in the gaps.
