      Hi Jess,
We’ve finished the initial preparation and right now we’re just setting up the architecture of the website. So, getting the overall website structure in place with placeholder content.
Once this is all ready we’ll be able to go through the various sections with you and get everything looking how you would like it.

It will most likely be tomorrow when we’ll be able to start going through it all with you.

In the mean time, we may be able to get a head start on this:
VSupply’s current media library is here:
      https://www.virtuallyaugmented.media/demo1/media-library/
We have gathered all of these images from the old website backup that was provided by Evan. Unfortunately, we do have the predicament of not really having context for most of these. Many of the file names are unspecific.
So, if you could have a browse through and see if you are able to provide notes on any of the images in terms of how it would be used, what it is or whether we can just delete it etc., just a bit of context, that would save us some time down the line.
There are a lot, something like 250 of them, so don’t feel that you need to provide notes on all of them. Just any in particular that stand out and are easily able to be elaborated on at this early stage. Perhaps written up in a spreadsheet would be good, whatever is easiest for you.
And if you can’t get to this, that’s okay too. We’ll get it all sorted out down the line.

        Hi Julian,
I will have a look through and sort through. One thing I noticed immediately is we can remove any images of tiles or lifestyle images showcasing tiles, as we are no longer offering this product. So that should remove quite a few straight off the bat.
As for the others I will create and excel and try note through them as much as I can.

ALL lifestyle imagery we will use – apart from anything showcasing tiles.

            Hi Julian,
I just got off the phone to Evan. He was wondering if it is possible for the website to go live next week (even with the proposed layout, as anything is better than nothing) and then we can slowly make adjustments/amendments as we need. Is that an option?
I don’t work on Fri or Mon so if you need clarification in that time, it is best to call Evan and work it out with him 0426 880 719.
I am back in the office on Tues.
            Let me know your thoughts.

              Hi Jess,
I will post a link to the website in a moment. Let’s try to get as much as we can organized so that my team and I can continue to be productive whilst you’re not here on Fri & Mon.
Some version of the website should be able to go up by mid-next week, and we’ll continue revising it from there.

Excellent, thank you. We’ll begin implementing these changes now.

                          Hi Julian,
I also noticed, on the Latest Work Page, each image needs to state the Range, Colour and location of install. So, for example, “Laminate, Grey Oak, Wollert”
