      Okay, so the easiest way to do this I’m thinking is something like the following page:
      https://www.vsupply.com.au/request-a-sample/

      When the user clicks the “Request a Sample” button it takes them to the page with this form. They fill it out and it then gets sent to inquiries@vsupply.com.au (Or another email of your choice). Each category/range will have it’s own form.

      In terms of the form itself, is there anything that needs to be changed?

          Great, I’ll get that all setup now.

          Are there any product categories that users won’t be able to request a sample of?

            Yes so users wont be able to request a sample for the following product ranges:

            Sanitary
            Windows and Doors
            Kitchen and Cabinets
            Acoustic Wall Panels

            Everything else is fine!

              Okay, thanks. This will be setup and ready this afternoon.

              Aside from that, there is the “Services” page and a couple of little things here and there remaining, and then we’re done!
              We can get that Services page finished up next week. The new month starts on the 20th, but I won’t count it towards the monthly 5 hour retainer as it’s still a part of the “initial website setup”.

                Yes, we are happy to sit on the services page at the moment and once we have something written up of what we want there I will pass it on.

                Thanks heaps, for that Julian.

                Regarding invoices, Evan asked if there is a way to set up a DD or even a yearly payment invoice? Let me know what we can achieve there.

                  We’re not able to setup a DD payment, but I can create an annual payment invoice if that would be preferable for Evan.

                    Hi Julian,

                    If you can email me an annual invoice dated until the end of the financial year so 30th June 2024 that would be terrific, please and he will schedule an automatic payment for each month.
